01 General Terms & Introduction

Winbb (winbb.bet) is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. By using this website, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below. Please read this document carefully before registering.

These terms apply in full in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register on winbb. If any condition is not fulfilled, winbb reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or someone else's, is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required at the time of registration.
• Winbb reserves the right to request additional information or verification documents at any time if deemed necessary.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account will be fully activated only after email verification. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.

03 Betting Rules

All users must follow a set of basic rules when betting on winbb. These rules apply equally to everyone, and winbb reserves the right to review any transaction.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time.
• Winbb reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Unusually large bets placed on a single event may be flagged as suspicious and subject to investigation by winbb.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT, and the maximum limit varies by game and market.

04 Payment Policy — Deposits & Withdrawals

Winbb supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Our goal is to keep every transaction as fast and hassle-free as possible.

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a withdrawal appears suspicious, winbb may place a temporary hold on it pending further verification.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

• Make sure you understand the applicable wagering requirement before claiming any bonus.
• The wagering requirement is typically 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Bonus validity is generally between 7 and 30 days.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• VIP members may be subject to separate, more favorable bonus terms.

Winbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any attempt at bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being permanently banned.

06 Prohibited Activities

Winbb is committed to maintaining a safe and fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of match-fixing or predetermined outcomes.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Winbb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to applicable conditions being met) will be refunded. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳50 BDT per month.

• The self-exclusion option allows you to take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 5 years.

• Our support team will actively assist any user showing signs of gaming addiction.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Winbb may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of winbb following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of any dispute, winbb's support team will first attempt to resolve the matter directly.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support team, it will be referred to an independent mediator for resolution.
• The laws of the country where winbb is registered shall govern any legal matters arising from these terms and conditions.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be fully effective. winbb is committed to providing the best possible service to its users at all times.
